Smoothie and Pancake Recipe.

Smoothie

30 grams of a head of fresh broccoli.
A handful of strawberries.
Half a carrot.
30 grams lettuce.
Blend until looks like water


Pancakes.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter

Method.
Put eggs and sugar in a small bowl whisk until not gloopy.
In a separate bowl put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt,
Then mix eggs and sugar with the dry ingredients start to stir and add milk.
Mix until not gloopy.

Then start to cook in a pan.
